Prior to entering the academic world, Michael O’Neil served as an Organizational Consultant for the NCR Marketing Division, a sales representative for a variety of direct selling organizations, Manager of Sales Manager Training for Lincoln National Life, and held the top training position at Midwestern United Life. He then spent 28 years as a tenured faculty member of the Busse School of Business & Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As a tribute to his service, he was honored with the title of Professor Emeritus. In conducting over 600 seminars and presentations, Mike has addressed several thousand individuals from a multitude of occupational endeavors. Among other accomplishments, he has written several articles and has self-published a book entitled The “Nuts & Bolts” Manual of Professional Selling.
